Subject: Why I hate grocery stores

So I went to the store today to buy milk. You would think that would be easy enough. But no, what should be a 5 minute task turned into a 20 minute fiasco.
I get to the store and there is no parking. Seriously, I drive in circles for sevreal minutes with nothing. At one point I see a car pulling out as I am coming down the one way lane. As they drive away another car is coming the wrong way and has been waiting for the spot! They are going the wrong way and snaked me!
So finally I snake someone else and park. Go in the store, hike to the very back where they keep the milk only to find a big sign that says "No Dairy. Sorry." You would think I am making this up but nothing could be this absurd. So I ask the employee mopping the floor next to the empty shelves what gives? He explains the refrigeration broke and everything went bad.
As I am leaving with nothing in hand I walk down a long isle which is quite cold. Sure enough the beer rack is still cold and oddly enough no one in the store thought to themselves, gee, maybe if we move the canned beer that wont sour out of this rack and put the dairy products in this rack, we could save all this stuff from going bad.
And so now here I sit with a beer in hand and no milk in my fridge.
